I ordered the "2-Tone" bracelet & received the "Gold" one colour one. So, I thought I would just re-order the "2-Tone" bracelet again, to have one of each, but what I received was another "Gold" bracelet. It was then that I called in & I think I talked to Mimi. I told her my dilemma, & she said she'd send a "2-Tone" bracelet off right away. I thanked her very much & a few days later.......yup......I received my 3rd "Gold" bracelet....... I honestly don't know what to do...... 🌻
Quite liked the bangle.
I purchased the super cute gold bubble bangle after seeing on IG. When I received my original bubble bracelet, the elastic had broken during shipment so I notified them right away. Within minutes of my email, I received a phone call from customer service apologizing and they mailed me a replacement bracelet that same day. I was very appreciative of how quickly they handled it.
